In questo workshop attraverso le mappe Heartbeat dei 5Ritmi esploriamo l'aumento della nostra capacità di compassione e la ricerca delle diverse forme di Compassione.
Accettazione e gentilezza finiscono o possono continuare a fluire come fossero nutriti da una corrente sotterranea ? In che modo metto un limite e smetto di compiacere o di scontrarmi con gli altri rimanendo fermo nella mia verità ? Modi sensibili e premurosi possono cambiare il nostro mondo ? Includo me stesso nella compassione ? Posso semplicemente esserlo o c'è bisogno di azione ?

Come immagino la compassione ? Una divinità, un eroe, qualcosa della natura ..Nella Compassione ci mettiamo a servizio, al servizio di chi ? Questa mappa apre all'interconnessione, che cosa mi risveglia questo ? 

Heartbeat è un livello a se stante nelle mappe dei 5Ritmi, l'intento è di incorporare il Cuore esplorando come le emozioni si muovono e come si fermano, lasciando andare emozioni bloccate nel passato per aprire la strada all'amore. (Alex)

Per partecipare è necessario aver già danzato almeno 15 ore di livello waves. 

Alex Mackay Danza i 5R dal 1991, Gabrielle Roth la chiamava Raven Sister e le diede subito il compito di insegnare. Insegna dal 1997 il livello Waves, Heartbeat e God, Sex and the Body a livello internazionale. Con poche parole e unendosi alle danze crea uno spazio protetto in cui ognuno si sente libero di attraversare con creatività e profondamente i propri processi. Semplice e umile, scatenata e leggera conduce con passione e sensibilità, lasciando grande liberà e allo stesso tempo riuscendo ad intuire i processi e lo stato di ognuno. Insieme a Jonathan Horan ( il figlio di G.Roth) è l'unica ad insegnare il livello God Sex and the Body che indaga le mappe degli archetipi. E' da Aprile del 2012 che regolarmente organizziamo i suoi workshop a Roma e i ritiri.

In this workshop through the Heartbeat 5R maps we explore
growing our capacity for Compassion
Seeking out Compassion in it's dfferent forms

Do we run out of acceptance and kindness, or can it continue like an underground sream that keeps flowing?
How do we draw the line and stop people pleasing to stand tall in truth
How deep is our trust when times are tough and everything falls away?
Can sensitive, thoughtful action change our world?
Does Compassion include ourselves? Does it need to do something, or can it just be?

In Compassion we are in service. Gotta serve somebody - who are you going to serve?
This map opens the interconnection with all of life - how does this affect us: what wakes up? What is it impossible to ignore?

Heartbeat is a distinct body of work within 5 Rhythms practice. The intention is to embody the heart by studying how emotion moves and gets stuck, letting go of frozen emotion from the past, and clearing the way for love. ( Alex )

Alex Mackay I love my work. I live in beautiful West Wales but I'm lucky to also teach internationally. I'm the first teacher after Gabrielle Roth and Jonathan Horan to offer the archetypal workshop 'God, Sex & the Body'.
I enjoy mentoring people studying and offering the 5Rhythms maps at all the levels I teach.
My teaching is spacious and embodied, full of spirit, depth and creativity. I have a lot of energy and love to dance with the group.
