Tutti conteniamo aspetti, espressioni ed energie che risplendono luminose: parti che sono benvenute, premiate e visibili alla luce del giorno. E tutti noi conteniamo aspetti, espressioni ed energie che sono più profonde, più oscure e più misteriose: parti che sono ugualmente intelligenti, vibranti e necessarie alla nostra interezza.
Abbiamo anche aspetti e comportamenti che rinneghiamo. Luoghi in cui non ci piace andare. Parti che sentiamo di non poterci permettere di riconoscere, dentro di noi o nel mondo che ci circonda. Questi li spingiamo nell'ombra.
In questo seminario seguiremo le mappe dei 5Ritmi per esplorare e incarnare tutti questi regni, percorrendo sentieri ben illuminati, esplorando parti più profonde della foresta, dando vita a luoghi dimenticati e intrecciando i fili che ci rendono completi.

SU JOANNE:
Joanne (danza i 5 Ritmi dal 1996 e li insegna dal 2004) con un profondo rispetto per la natura trasformativa di questa pratica, per l'intuizione che può portare nella nostra vita quotidiana e per il processo di scoperta unico di ogni partecipante. Il suo insegnamento è radicato in studi intensivi con Gabrielle Roth, Kathy Altman, Andrea Juhan e Jonathan Horan e nell' impegno costante sul proprio lavoro su di sè. Dal 2001, Joanne ha tenuto lo spazio costantemente per la comunità danzante di Victoria in Canada e condivide il suo amore per questa pratica con studenti e comunità in tutto il continente. Un catalizzatore naturale, usa un linguaggio e una musica evocativi, intenzioni chiare, buon umore - e i suoi sensi, come quelli dei ragni - per creare costantemente un campo in cui l'energia si muove e avviene la guarigione.

We all contain aspects, expressions, and energies that shine bright: parts that are welcome, rewarded, and visible in the daylight. And we all contain aspects, expressions, and energies that are deeper, darker, and more mysterious: parts which are equally intelligent, vibrant, and necessary to our wholeness. We also have aspects and behaviours that we disown. Places we don't like to go. Parts that we feel we can't afford to acknowledge, within ourselves or in the world around us. These, we push into the shadows.
ABOUT JOANNE:
Joanne teaches 5Rhythms with a deep respect for the transformational nature of this practice, for the insight it can bring to our daily lives, and for the unique discovery process of each participant. Her teaching is rooted in intensive studies with Gabrielle Roth, Kathy Altman, Andrea Juhan, and Jonathan Horan – and in a lifelong commitment to her own personal work. Since 2001, Joanne has held a steady space for her home community in Victoria BC (Canada), and has shared her love of this practice with students and communities across the continent. A natural catalyst, she uses evocative language and music, clear intention, good humour – and her spidey-senses – to consistently create a field where energy moves and healing happens.
