Il workshop è livello Heartbeat; per partecipare a tutto il weekend è necessario avere già esperienza di 5Ritmi.

Attraverso la mappa Heartbeat approfondiamo la pratica dei 5Ritmi, troveremo le forme delle emozioni nella loro essenza mentre si muovono nel momento attraverso di noi e trasformano in vitalità i frammenti rimasti da vecchie emozioni. Prepariamo il campo - il vuoto in cui l'amore prospera.

Il potere dell'amore ha a che fare col permetterci una piena espressione delle emozioni in noi stessi e negli altri, con lo stare con ciascuna di esse; paura, rabbia, tristezza o gioia aumentando la nostra capacità di essere veri e delicati con noi stessi mentre rispondiamo al mistero di un altro essere. Come esseri umani, siamo fatti per essere in grado di sapere cosa un altro sta provando - c'è una parte del sistema nervoso che è in grado di farlo, ma forse ci siamo abituati a non usarla. E' una parte di noi animale e istintiva degna della nostra curiosità e rispetto.

In All is Full of Love cercheremo le condizioni per agire partendo dall'istinto, vivere l'intimità, e funzionare a partire direttamente dall'intelligenza divina.
Ci eserciteremo ad incarnare l'amore e dando valore a tutte le volte in cui riusciamo a dire si all'amore.

Il workshop vale come 15 ore di livello Heartbeat ai fini dell'ammissione al Training di Formazione come Insegnanti di 5Ritmi.

Danzatrice e artista Alex Mackay insegna a livello internazionale, è certificata per insegnare i livelli Waves, Heartbeat e (una delle uniche due insegnanti) God Sex and the Body.
Ha conosciuto i 5ritmi con la fondatrice G. Roth a 22 anni, e su sua indicazione ha subito iniziato ad insegnare. G. Roth aveva come spirito guida il Corvo (Raven) e chiamava Alex Raven Sister. 
Vive in Galles e ha dato vita a fiorenti comunità di danzatori in Inghilterra. E' nota per il suo insegnamento leggero e profondo, ama danzare insieme al gruppo, usa poche parole scelte con cura ispirando un senso di meraviglia e magia, la sua danza è assimilata nel corpo, energetica e creativa.

Workshop is an heartbeat level: prerequisite "Waves"
The friday class is open to everybody, no prerequisites.
The workshop is held in English with italian translation.

Deepening our dance practice through the Heartbeat maps, we will find the shapes of the essential feelings as they move through us in the moment, and transform leftover fragments of old emotion into aliveness.

We prepare the field – the emptiness in which love thrives. The power of loving means allowing a full expression of feelings in ourselves and each other, being with any feelings; fear, anger, sorrow or joy, and increasing our capacity to be true and kind to ourselves as we respond to the mystery of another.

As human beings, we are built to know what others are feeling - there is a part of the nervous system that does this but we may have trained ourselves to shut it down. It is an instinctive animal part of us worthy of our curiosity and respect. In All is Full of Love we will be seeking the conditions when we can act from instinct, inhabit intimacy, and work directly from divine intelligence. We will practice the embodiment of the heart, valuing all the times when we can say yes to love.

 This workshop counts as 15 hours heartbeat practise for the 5Rhythms Teacher Training
Alex Mackay is a dancer and artist, who is known for light and depth in her teaching, using few well-chosen words, and opening a sense of wonder. She is embodied, energetic and creative, and loves to dance with the group. She lives in West Wales and teaches internationally. Gabrielle Roth called her Raven Sister. Alex met her at the age of 22 and following her indication started to teach very soon. She is entitled to teach Waves, Heartbeat and God Sex and the body level.
