Il workshop inizia alle 12 del 28 dicembre e termina all'una della notte del 1 Gennaio 2020.
Seguiamo le nostre impronte nel nuovo territorio di questo Anno Nuovo mentre rendiamo onore al punto cui siamo arrivati e a tutte le possibilità creative e di guarigione che abbiamo davanti.
Di cosa siamo alla ricerca mentre seguiamo la saggezza e la curiosità del nostro corpo sul Percorso della Danza? Fluidità nell'ammorbidirci del Fluire - Chiarezza nel battito dello Staccato - Libertà nel Rilascio del Caos - Delizia nella Bellezza del Lirico - Pace nella Vitalità della Quiete.
Il tempo che trascorreremo insieme includerà un semplice rito di percorrere insieme un labirinto, un sacco di danza, ed il calore e la celebrazione di dare il benvenuto al Nuovo Anno in fantastica compagnia.

What do we seek as we follow the wisdom and curiosity of our own body on dancing path?
Fluidity in the softening of Flowing - Clarity in the beat of Staccato - Freedom in the release of Chaos - Delight in the beauty of Lyrical - Peace in the aliveness of Stillness
Let's follow our footsteps into new territory this New Year as we honour how far we have come and all the creative and healing possibilities before us.
Our time together will include the simple ritual of moving through a labyrinth together, lots of dancing, and the warmth and celebration of welcoming the New Year in great company.

Alex Mackay
is a dancer and artist, who
is known for light and depth in her teaching, using few well-chosen
words, and opening a sense of wonder. She is embodied, energetic and
creative, and loves to dance with the group. She lives in West Wales
and teaches internationally. Gabrielle Roth called her Raven Sister.
Alex met her at the age of 22 and following her indication started to
teach very soon. She is entitled to teach Waves, Heartbeat and God
Sex and the body level.
