Abbiamo così tante voci che risuonano dentro di noi… la danza è un modo per andare oltre il brusio della mente e sentire l’autentica voce del nostro sapere più profondo.
L’ascolto è la chiave di volta per poter accedere alla voce del cuore.
E poiche’ il cuore è vive e pulsa nel corpo, ascoltare con il corpo ci consente di collegarci alla nostra saggezza superiore.
La pratica dell’ascolto ci pone in continuo dialogo con la vita e rafforza la nostra capacità di ricevere e rispondere ai comandi del cuore. La nostra evoluzione spirituale e personale passa attraverso questo centro allineando la nostra umanità e divinità al servizio del bene superiore.
Azul ha quattro orientamenti: Ascoltare, Permettere, Aprire e Andare Incontro. In questo seminario esploreremo Ascoltare.

Azul è un percorso di trasformazione personale che supporta il risveglio della coscienza e riconosce che trasformandoci creiamo le condizioni per trasformare il nostro mondo. Questo workshop si concentra sull'ascolto.

Amara Pagano è nota per la sua capacità di creare potenti contenitori di trasformazione e per la profondità del lavoro che porta è uno dei leader nel mondo della danza consapevole in continua evoluzione. Dopo aver aperto il primo studio dedicato alla danza consapevole negli Stati Uniti, ha ispirato la nascita di OneDanceTribe, unificando il mondo diviso del movimento in una missione per risvegliare l'amore. Attraverso il suo lavoro con Azul sta elevando l'aspetto spirituale e ridefinendo il lavoro della danza come percorso di risveglio della coscienza.

AZUL WORKSHOP WITH AMARA PAGANO

We have so many voices that chime inside of us – dance is one way to listen through the chatter and hear the voice of your deepest knowing

Listening is the key that opens the door to hearing the voice of the heart. Since the heart is experienced in the body, Listening through the body connects us to our higher wisdom.

The practice of Listening brings us into a dialogue with life and strengthens our ability to receive and respond to the commands of the heart. Our spiritual and personal evolution is guided through this center that aligns our humanity and divinity in service of the greater good.

In the Azul path of personal transformation there are 4 Orientations: Listening, Allowing, Opening and Moving Towards. This workshop focuses on Listening.

Azul supports the awakening of consciousness and recognizes that, as we transform ourselves we create the conditions for our world to transform. 

Azul harnesses the bodies intelligence to facilitate inner healing and evolution and utilizes movement combined with a psycho-spiritual approach as a vehicle for exploration.

Amara has been teaching movement as a spiritual practice for over 20 years. Starting at a young age, she dove into her journey exploring movement as a healing art. While at the Evergreen State College she had the fortune to study with Anna Halprin (Expressive Arts Therapy, Tamalpa Institute), and immerse in the work of Awareness through Movement, Body Centering, Authentic Movement and Dance Therapy. She also traveled and studied Gestalt and Holotrophic Breathwork at the Findhorn Community.
At 21 she met Gabrielle Roth and found her home. This encounter launched her first into her own deep journey of embodiment and then into the only work she has ever done: teaching movement.
Trained by Gabrielle to teach Waves and Heartbeat levels of 5Rhythms®, she spent many years traveling the world spreading her unique voice in this work. In 2002 she co-founded Waves Studio in Olympia WA, establishing a thriving local dance community. In 2007 Amara moved to Hawaii as Director of Conscious Dance at Studio Maui. In 2009 she met her future husband Paolo. Together they created OneDanceTribe and started the journey with their spiritual teacher Prem Baba which led to the birth of Azul in 2013.
