Deepening our dance practice through the Heartbeat maps, we will expand our capacity to inhabit our unique deep, loving self in the world we find ourselves in.
The bold heart and the vulnerable heart allowing authenticity and spontaneity of feeling and movement dance in the wholeness of ourselves, which can hold the broken pieces we will move through each emotional field transforming old emotions into aliveness while preparing the way for love.

Being an Heartbeat level this workshop requires at least 15 hour 5R waves level as prerequisite, while Friday evening is open to everybody.
