Abbiamo bisogno di un tempo per l'anima, per riflettere, ricaricarci, mentre il nostro ritmo naturale forse in inverno rallenta. I 5Ritmi di Gabrielle Roth creano un percorso danzante in cui noi tutti possiamo avere un contatto dinamico con il mistero divino che è in noi - attraverso la creatività del corpo e la consapevolezza del respiro.
Nella nostra pratica cerchiamo fluidità nell'ammorbidirci con il Fluido, chiarezza nel ritmo dello Staccato, libertà nel lasciarci andare al Chaos, delizia nella bellezza del Lirico e pace nella vitalità della Quiete.

Vediamo filtrare le luci della città attraverso i rami senza foglie e come facevano i nostri antenati mentre fissavano il fuoco, ci connettiamo al calore e alla speranza dei nuovi inizi.

Alex Mackay

 
Danzatrice e artista insegna a livello internazionale i livelli Waves, Heartbeat e God Sex and the Body. Alex ha iniziato a danzare i 5ritmi a 22 anni, e su indicazione di Gabrielle Roth ha potuto subito insegnare, G. Roth aveva come spirito guida il Corvo (Raven) e la chiamava Raven Sister. Vive in Galles e ha dato vita a fiorenti comunità di danzatori in Inghilterra. E' nota per il suo insegnamento leggero e profondo, ama danzare insieme al gruppo, usa poche parole scelte con cura ispirando un senso di meraviglia e magia, ed è corporea, energetica e creativa.

As our natural rhythms may slow down in winter, we need soul time to reflect and recharge. Gabrielle Roth's 5Rhythms form a dancing path for all of us to have a dynamic relationship to the divine mystery within - through the creativity of body and awareness of breath.
In our practice, we seek fluidity in the softening of Flowing, clarity in the beat of Staccato, freedom in the release of Chaos, delight in the beauty of Lyrical, and peace in the aliveness of Stillness.

Through bare branches, we see the lights of the city... and like our ancestors gazing into firelight, we connect with the warmth and hope of new beginnings. Taking this chance to celebrate your individual spirit shining as you take your place in a dancing tribe choosing to disappear in the dance and find our way to bliss.

The workshop is for everybody: no prerequisites required

Alex Mackay

is a dancer and artist, who is known for light and depth in her teaching, using few well-chosen words, and opening a sense of wonder. She is embodied, energetic and creative. Gabrielle Roth called her Raven Sister. Alex is embodied, energetic and creative, and loves to dance with the group. She lives in West Wales and teaches internationally Waves, Heartbeat and God Sex and the body levels.
