Heartbeat è una parte a se stante di lavoro nella pratica dei 5 Ritmil'intento è di incorporare il cuore osservando come le emozioni fluiscono e si bloccano, e lasciando andare emozioni passate congelate facendo spazio all'amore.
Il ritiro di 5 giorni di Heartbeat è uno dei requisiti specifici per l'ammissione alla formazione per insegnanti di 5Ritmi

E' possibile partecipare solo all'intero workshop
5 Giorni di Heartbeat danno modo di vivere esplorare e fare amicizia con le nostre emozioni, coprendo le forme della paura, della rabbia, della tristezza, della gioia e della compassione .Man mano che ci addentriamo nel viaggio si espande la nostra capacità di fare esperienza e rimanere nel nostro se amorevole e pià profondo. Audaci e vulnerabili, a pezzi ma forti, I nostri cuori ci permettono di danzare. Nella nostra integrità trasformiamo le vecchie emozioni in vitalità aprendo la strada all'amore. Circondati da piante di olivo e giardini di permacultura danzeremo all'interno crogiolandoci al sole durante le pause
Casina Settarte è un luogo dove il sole si riflette sui tetti bianchi dei trulli e la vita è scandita dai principi dell’amore per la terra, l’attenzione e la cura per ogni essere vivente e la ricerca della propria essenza.
Ci sono sistemazioni molto interessanti, si può anche dormire in un trullo, in una grotta, la casa del pescatore.. e campeggiare . Mangeremo insieme e daremo una mano a sistemare a turno per prenderci cura dell'ambiente e vivere in armonia con la natura .

Heartbeat is a distinct body of work within 5 Rhythms practice.
The intention is to embody the heart by studying how emotion moves and gets stuck, letting go of frozen emotion from the past, and clearing the way for love.
Prerequisite: 5R Waves
5Days Heartbeat Retreat is a specific prerequisite for the 5R Teacher Training.
Only participation to the full workshop is allowed
Heartbeat over 5 days gives spacious time to inhabit, explore and befriend our feelings, finding the shapes of fear, anger, sadness, joy and compassion. Our capacity to inhabit our deep loving selves expands as we open to this journey. Bold and vulnerable, broken yet strong, our hearts allow us to dance. Into our wholeness we transform old emotions into aliveness, preparing the way for love. Surrounded by olive trees and permaculture gardens, we will be dancing inside and basking in the summer sun in-between sessions.
Casina Settarte is a place where the sun is reflected on the white roofs of the trulli sprouting here and there amongst the green of olive groves, life is marked by the principles of love for the land, attention and care for every living being and the search for our essential self: a centre for creative development and education, creative research and experimentation surrounded by nature.
There are very interesting accommodation options including a trullo house, a cave, and camping in the orchard! We will eat together and help with serving each other and tending to the beautiful surroundings, living in harmony with nature.
The retreat starts on August the 5th with the dinner ending on August the 10th with lunch
Alex Mackay is a dancer and artist, who is known for light and depth in her teaching, using few well-chosen words, and opening a sense of wonder. She is embodied, energetic and creative, and loves to dance with the group. She lives in West Wales and teaches internationally. Gabrielle Roth called her Raven Sister. Alex met her at the age of 22 and following her indication started to teach very soon. She is entitled to teach Waves, Heartbeat and God Sex and the body level.
